Dad’s Last Day

This morning we woke up at around 11am. We got ready and went to have breakfast at Valor. Of course we needed to order churros con chocolate and some toast, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, …

Since it was still early, I was still in my bad morning mood and breakfast was kind of quiet and awkward, but it was ok, my dad knows he needs to leave me alone in the morning. I can be a terrible person, if he doesn’t!

Then we explored Madrid a little bit (in the sun!). Yes, the weather was beautiful and we could just walk around, have a sangria, walk some more, have an other sangria, etc. Oh and don’t forget the ice creams and tapas!

At night we didn’t do much, just spent some time in my apartment and went to sleep at 10pm. We woke up at 5am and I waved my dad goodbye in the elevator. I was again a bit sad after that and couldn’t sleep anymore … in my clean but empty room.
